The pixels fall more to the right in the histogram.

   b)
Considering it is going off of the graff, yes it will have a hard time printing the highlights.

The pixels fall more to the left of the image.

Yes, the levels are going off of the graff and not exposing the blacks properly.

I think it is spread mildly equally, but if I had to choose a side it sound be to the left.

I think all of the detail would print

The most dynamic range was seen in the third photo.
